Self-care is putting yourself first. It is putting your mask on before the person next to you on the airplane. It is getting your cup filled instead of leaving it half full to attend to everyone else around you.


When we stop focusing on self-care we destroy our overall wellness. This program will help guide you in the ways to make yourself a priority in your own life again. It will help you find the techniques that work best for YOU. It will push you to stop and really think about what is most important in your life and the life you wish to live.
